Had previously done a group lesson with a different company and didn’t get much out of it.  Did a private lesson with Dylan and quickly learned the basics and caught some waves.  Easy to setup, great equipment, and great service.  Lots of fun and awesome experience.  

First surf lesson ever and it was great!  I have been dealing with some neck and back issues for several months and finally felt good enough to try surfing.  My instructor was Owen and he was awesome.  After learning the basics on the beach, we hit the water and some gnarly waves – 3-5 feet and soupy.  Owen was very good in guiding me out, picking out the right waves and helping me get some good rides.  I got up on my first try!  He continued to check in with me to make sure I was feeling good and was encouraging and positive.  Owen has good energy and brings it to the session.  I also appreciated that the company is in touch with you a couple of times before your lesson to make sure you have everything you need and to answer any questions.  I have a trip planned to Maui and will feel confident in getting out there thanks to Owen.

We’ve done adult lessons with Jason in the past, so I knew the customer service would be great.  The company has grown since then and it was an equally great experience – even better with a full staff checking in on us.  I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor – Owen – he met us at the parking lot and got us all set up with a wetsuit and board.  My little one got up on her first set (with a little help on the tail from Owen).  It was a great day and we can’t wait for more lessons!

Our family of four spent two days taking lessons.. what a great opportunity to be out in the water, playing in the waves, spending time in nature.  Daniel and Jordan were so fun to work with… appreciated their time and enthusiasm with us!

From the first phone call scheduling until the last moment of surf lessons our family was treated with kindness.  Watching the progression in children who have not surfed before was inspiring.  Dylan our surf instructor connected with the children immediately.  Our family would absolutely recommend learning here, and we are looking forward to returning.

We absolutely loved our surfing lessons with these guys!  The communication between us and the shop and instructors was awesome!  Our instructors had us all up and surfing within minutes of getting out on the water.  It was the perfect experience for my husband and I and our 13 year old son!
